• 24-Hour Verification Window: Upon receiving your order, we request that you immediately inspect and test the item. We provide a strict 24-hour checking warranty from the exact time of delivery.
• One-to-One Replacements: In the unlikely event that your item arrives with a functional defect, Gadget Sri Lanka offers a one-to-one replacement. To qualify for this replacement, the issue must be formally reported to our customer service team on the actual date of arrival.
• Return Dispatch Protocol: To validate your replacement claim, the affected item must be handed over to a courier and dispatched back to our designated facility within one (1) day of original receipt.
• Finality of Sale: Because electronic goods are sensitive and subject to user handling, our liability concludes after the initial verification period. Consequently, any complaints, defect reports, or requests for refunds submitted after the 24-hour window has elapsed cannot be accommodated.
